I'm also reading that! If you want to keep the Aces on top (as shown in the book), you can run the top four cards, then keep shuffling normally. What happens is, the bottom four cards will now be the ones that were originally on top. Keep shuffling, and when you feel like you're about to reach those bottom cards, deal them one by one.
