Signed Deck
I'm having an issue. I'm 11 years old, and a deck of cards is pretty expensive for me. Does anyone know a way to remove signatures, or can you recommend a good, affordable deck?

Hey there,
There are these erasable pens, but the only catch is if you press down too hard, you'll erase the ink but not the impression.
Search for "Pilot Frixion erasable pen"
What's unique about them is that they erase with a friction tip built into the pen itself, or they can also be erased by heat, like with a lighter flame, for example.
So, in addition to being great for signing, you could use them for other effects if you get creative 😉
Cheers!
Hey @Andreu3, I hope your parents know you're on the forum. Just a reminder, since you're under 16, you need their permission, as stated in the forum rules.
Also:
This thread already covered the topic of signed cards:

Something else that comes to mind is finding stickers that peel off cards easily, then sticking one on top so you can sign that sticker. That way, your card will last much longer.
Use the ad cards from your decks to test them out and make sure they peel off without issues.
Don't try to use VILEDA markers on your cards. I tested them out a while ago, and there's no way to erase them from a card, unless you use a plastic deck, and even then, I'm not sure.
Since I figure you want to keep your deck in good shape, here's another link to a thread where I talked about how to care for them:

Keep up the great work and happy magic!
Hi there, I'm 13, and I also find it pretty expensive. I use decks from discount stores (they're usually about a dollar each). I've also got some decks my grandpa gave me; he used them for playing cards, and they're all worn out, but they work just fine for practice.
