I have no idea about free manipulation resources. Regarding paid resources, when I asked Encarnita a while back about learning manipulation, she recommended this book.
I know McBride and Galdeano also have DVDs on the subject.

To start, I recommend Julio's channels (after all, this is his forum 😅); you'll find most of the generic card handling techniques there.

But if that's not quite enough for whatever reason....

The biggest free resource for learning these days is YouTube itself,
where you'll literally find EVERYTHING (including ideas and effects that are still paid content today).
I've paid for plenty of effects myself that I later found exposed on YouTube, and they're still up there.
What I mean is, if you look hard enough, you'll find everything.
In fact, you'll find so much information that it's impossible to absorb it all unless you take your time and pause with each new thing.
Today, I've got over 500GB downloaded just from YouTube, all queued up to watch, because for every 10 new videos on a subject, I only really absorb one if it clicks, and the rest get filed under 'to watch later.'
Seriously, just do some searching, and you'll have everything you want.
