You don't know him? Up until the pandemic, he taught magic while traveling all over the world. He has a playing card company (I think NOC decks are his), and he's done a few summer seminars since 2020. His connection with Shin Lim is probably due to the deck he promoted. You can check out his website at The Blue Crown. I saw a video of him as a teenager with Joshua Jay doing some basic tricks; they must have been friends back then, though I've never seen them together since.
He's really good at teaching, but he's sooooo slow. What Daryl or Greg Wilson can teach you in 2 minutes, he can spend 30 going over. To each their own...
He has a course I really like (I think it was the 2021 seminar) that focuses on three objects: a coin, a bill, and a deck of cards. He teaches you EVERYTHING about sleights and changes. It's surprising how soft his voice is, especially with that 'Once Upon a Time... Man' villain face.

Here's a really good video of his.
I watch a lot of his videos, but I've never heard of him teaching Shin Lim.
Well, in the video, he's teaching the Diagonal Palm.
