Loops and Hand Contrast
Hey everyone!
Today I was practicing with my loops, and after looking in the mirror, I noticed that they stand out quite a bit against my hand. I don't know if it's just me being paranoid or if it's real, but I have a feeling they're visible. Any tips would be greatly appreciated.

I'll tell you, the first mistake you're making is "looking too much."
Invisible thread has "that one flaw" where the user "knows it's there." Your head, your mind, your eyes—they all know it's there. You're constantly looking for it.
And that's the first mistake everyone makes when starting with invisible thread (both elastic and non-elastic).
If someone hadn't "seen it" yet, don't worry... your eyes are tipping everyone off that something's not right.
In short:
It's not paranoia; you know what's there, and if you look for it, you're obviously going to see it. Stop looking, relax, and forget it's even there. Learn to handle it by feel, WITHOUT LOOKING AT IT.
And you'll see how everything flows, and no one will notice a thing.
