With a stripper deck, you set the Aces against the taper, and no matter how much you shuffle, you can always cut right to an Ace. The only thing you'd need to watch out for is that they don't clump together too much, as the packet could end up looking pretty small (but then again, that might not be an issue since the goal is to cut to the Aces—it's more about aesthetics). You can even shuffle between cuts, and it looks even more impossible.
