Please consider that we take time out of our day to respond to you and put other things aside. Even @Zeta is kind enough to send you photos from books where you can find what you're looking for. We don't get paid for this; we do it for the enjoyment and to help out.

I truly appreciate all your help. I admit I've been a bit negligent in thanking you for your responses, but I'm genuinely grateful. It won't happen again. Sometimes I just forget to reply; I usually have a lot of work and family responsibilities.
