Hey everyone! I've watched a few videos on hypnosis and I'd love to learn it. Does anyone have recommendations on where to start, like with videos, books, or courses? I'd really appreciate any advice!

Recently, Jeff Toussaint came to give an introductory session in Terrassa, but unfortunately, I couldn't make it.
Then, there are several books:
And many more.
Anyway, I think it's a topic best approached with guidance from someone knowledgeable. I don't think it's something to be taken lightly.
The plan is to offer a hypnosis course at the school soon, that's right!
I have this one, and I've used it.
While it's more geared towards being a personal coach, it's perfectly suitable and more than sufficient for magic, as the theory, lessons, and concepts are exactly the same.
