Does anyone know where I can get "The Invisible Bridge" by Kiko Pastur?

It looks like where he released it isn't available anymore.

And there are several of his effects that interest me, not just this one, but mainly this one.

Does anyone know where I can find his other material?

Or if Magia&Cardistry has anything by him or similar to his effects?
