OIL AND WATER - Help with this version
Does anyone know how this version is done? It's the cleanest I've ever seen.
I suspect it uses some kind of anti-slip coating/gimmick, or perhaps it's based on the Invisible Deck principle, but those are just my guesses. If anyone knows how it's done, I'd really appreciate it.

Hey. I'm not sure if this will be super helpful, but anyway...
After watching the video several times, I spotted a "curious" detail:
At one point, the reds are the 9, 6, and 8 of hearts, and the blacks are the 8, 7, and 9 of clubs.
And at another point, the reds are the 9, 7, and 6 of hearts (see? the 8 changes to a 7), and the blacks are the 7, 10, and 9 of clubs (see? the 8 changes to a 10).
My conclusion: there are 8 cards. You can use clear double-sided tape to stick them together.
The best part is that this effect is explained here:
Julio performs it with identical cards, and it looks a lot cleaner. But it's true that if the cards are different, you won't notice it during a live performance (in fact, I only spotted it in the video because I was actively trying to catch the move).
So anyway, there you have it. Get to practicing!
The easiest Oil and Water is Luis Trueba's.
You don't need any gimmicks; it's totally examinable.
