My Magic Performance
Hey everyone! I've been taking an in-person magic course for a year now, and I'm also really diving into this awesome community. I'd love for you to check out a short show we did yesterday, with two effects each (I'll show you the ones I performed): Triumph and Out of This World. I'd really appreciate your feedback. The nerves are definitely there and impossible to get rid of, lol, but oh well!

For the Triumph, I really liked the alien angle. Maybe at the very end, you should clearly state that all the cards turn face down except the one chosen by the spectator, because the audience at that distance won't be able to make it out.

For Triumph, I'd recommend what @MacAvi said about mentioning that all the cards have reversed except for the selected one. And when you're having them choose a card, shuffling, and all that, try to stay facing forward so you don't turn your back on the spectators on the sides and break the connection.
For Out of This World, I absolutely loved the idea of having everyone choose cards because that way everyone is curious to see if they got it right, and it keeps them engaged.
Overall, I'd say that since you started with the alien story and all that, you should use it a bit more throughout your routine.
