What's included with the Little Door trick?

Yes, you definitely need a deck with a patterned back for the trick to work.

Any deck with a full back design should work (if you're making it yourself).

If you're buying the marketed effect, you'll specifically need a Rider Back deck in the color of the product you purchase.

If you're making it, you could use a Standard or a Second deck (or any deck with an irregular back design, like one with a barcode in the middle, etc.) but creating the gimmick would be a bit more of a hassle (instead of using just any card, you'd have to use a card box), and it would be less deceptive.

Plus, concealing the gimmick would also be less convenient.

It would still be feasible, though.

No idea, as I didn't buy it (though for the price, they really should throw in two decks! 😂). I made the gimmick myself and actually created several of them (with different designs in the window) for red Rider Backs.

From my perspective, the effect looks better in red than in blue (though you could do it in any color).
