Trick Recommendations for Friends
Hey everyone! I'm meeting up with some friends on the 31st and I'll be doing a little magic for them. I've already seen plenty of posts about this (ideas for tricks to do for folks).
The problem is, since it's for friends, they're mostly going to be looking for the secret and trying to heckle. I'd like to do a pretty small show (3 or 4 tricks) that are semi-automatic or require minimal technique so I can easily fool them.
I'm planning to do Total Coincidence by Juan Tamariz, but I'm not sure what other tricks to link it with to make the whole show flow well.
Any suggestions or ideas are greatly appreciated.
Thanks for reading.

Check out Roberto Giobbi's Light, Super Light, and Extra Light books; I think they're exactly what you're looking for. They feature short, linked routines (three effects each) that require very little sleight of hand, with many being self-working or semi-self-working. They'd be perfect for getting you started.
That's a great tip from @cdiaz. You'll find some solid self-working magic in there.
Over at Magia&Cardistry, we only have the Super Light one left in stock right now (books section)
A classic you absolutely can't miss is Canuto's double prediction.
Using a Key Card can also be a solid idea.
And to top it all off, I really like this one too:
