Ana's school also has a shop, and there are some things you can only find there, but it's still possible what you're looking for isn't in stock. Check their website and call ahead.
If you're in Madrid, I recommend Asdemagia. I usually go there to browse a bit, ask questions, and pick up some new items. It's really close to Sala Houdini. You can get there easily by subway, and they're fully stocked with everything. You can even order stuff from them via mail or Instagram.
Besides calling, also check the shops' social media. Sometimes they have holiday events or other special circumstances that might affect whether they're open or not.

I can't find * Qimera Magic on Google Maps, nor magichismes.

A quick Google search for something like "magic shops Madrid" will give you the answer (and their hours 😉).
It showed it was open, but it was closed.

I bet you didn't realize it was a holiday (if they were all closed) or simply something came up and they couldn't be there (if you only went to one).
