Miser's Dream Tutorial? (using a coin loader)

Hey everyone,

I'm looking for (and can't seem to find) a tutorial on performing the Miser's Dream using a coin loader (the one sold at M&C) and a metal ice bucket.

The true magic of the effect lies in the subtle details of the execution... Julio's tutorials are known for really diving into these subtle details.

Can anyone point me to a tutorial on performing it with an ice bucket and coin loader?

If possible, with details on angles, optimal position for the loader, if there are any critical factors...
