It's not really complicated. I don't have a link for it, but I'll try to explain it as best as I can.
You need to hold the deck in the basic grip (I can't recall the English name right now, but it's the one with your thumb on one long edge and your other four fingers on the opposite long edge – that's commonly called Dealers Grip or Mechanics Grip). You then move your index finger underneath, but keep it close to your other fingers so it doesn't drift too far into the middle, and start applying pressure. Once a little tension builds up, extend your index finger and separate your other fingers from the sides of the deck so it shoots upwards. It should come out spinning. You'll get a feel for the timing as you practice. If you still have any questions, I can either find you a video or even make one myself.
