Hey there!
It's a one-handed cut used in Chase Duncan's cardistry flourish, "Nimbus".
It's the second move in this video:
Thank you so much, Julio, I really needed that.
After a good bit of searching, I finally found it!
Ace has the answer for you:
The move is known as Coco D
Miquel explains it here.
If anyone has it, I'd really appreciate it,
or if you know of another channel that has it,
since it's not currently available from Miquel.
For those looking to learn it, I found these: Nimbus and Bobo III.
The only one I haven't found a tutorial for yet is the Coco D.
Apparently, they're almost the same technique (1. Nimbus, 2. Bobo III, 3. Coco D), but with minor variations. Nimbus and Bobo III are used more in Cardistry, while Coco D is a variation better suited for magic. This is the information I've managed to find based on my research.
For now, I'm sharing these two: Nimbus and Bobo III. Coco D is still pending.
I'd love to help, but I just don't know how 😅
Time for Julio to do a tutorial!
Apparently, the Nimbus is more for cardistry, and the CoCo D is more of a magic technique. But if anyone understands the difference between the two better, please explain it to clear things up for me.
P.S.: Do they sell the Nimbus at the Magia&cardistry store?
