Hey Jorge,
I'm from Mexico, and I've bought from AliExpress before without any delivery issues.
Now, Murphy's Magic is a very prestigious magic supplier here in the USA. I think it would be better to buy directly from them online in the US; I don't think they sell on Ali.
I've also bought decks and other items from US stores without any problems, and that's with shipping to Mexico.
