Does anyone know how to get into a magic and cardistry course, like Shado's? It says enrollment is closed, so when do new spots open up and roughly how much does it cost?

Can someone help me out, please? I don't even know how much it costs or when it becomes available. Could you explain how it works? My birthday is in about a month, and I really want to ask for it!
