안녕하세요. 며칠 전 가족들과 '엘 오르미게로'를 보는데, 이름은 모르지만 어떤 마술사가 나와서 꽤 흥미로운 루틴을 보여주더라고요. 전체적으로 좋았는데, 제가 한 가지를 제외하고는 어떤 기법을 썼는지 다 알겠는데 그 하나만 어떻게 한 건지 정말 궁금합니다. 그 이펙트는 이래요: 마술사가 여느 때처럼 카드 케이스에서 덱을 꺼내고 관객에게 카드 한 장을 말해달라고 합니다. 관객이 카드를 고르면, 마술사가 "당신이 고른 그 카드가 바로 제가 유일하게 고를 수 없었던 카드예요. 왜냐면 이미 여기 있으니까요"라고 말하며 케이스를 흔들자 관객이 말한 카드만 쏙 튀어나오더라고요. 무슨 말인지 이해되시나요? 혹시 이 루틴을 배울 수 있는 책이나 유튜브 영상이 있다면 알려주세요. 저도 이제부터 제 루틴의 오프닝으로 써보고 싶거든요.
The routine itself is the opener for Dani Daortiz's UTOPIA. But Jorge Luengo performs it really well and adds his own touch to it.
I'm not sure how he finds the card; I don't know if he's using a mnemona stack or something else. The Ace of Spades is a very common card, and since Patrick Dempsey is American, it was a high probability. So, I'm afraid I can't be much help with that....

So, as @ElSergio02 mentioned, he's palming the Ace of Spades. If you watch the video in slow motion, you'll see it clearly.
What I don't know is how he located the chosen card so quickly; I hope someone here can answer that for us.
