I'm "New" to Magic

Hey everyone, a long time ago, I dabbled in magic with one of those typical toy magic kits we all had as kids, and I'd love to get back into it as a hobby and learn more. Where should I start? Even though I might know a little, it's minimal, and I'd prefer to act like I'm starting from scratch. Please recommend some cheap or free options.
