Hey Magnus! I've been thinking, and I've got an idea for you (besides just buying one). Here's the scoop: you can actually split a card (if you've been through any magic courses, you've probably already learned how to do this). Then, take a piece of white cardstock, cut it to the exact shape of a playing card, and then glue the split-off back onto your white cardstock using a glue stick. This is definitely the cheapest way to go, but if you're looking for a perfectly made gimmick, I'd recommend just buying one. That said, if you're really handy, you can absolutely make a perfect one yourself.
Another method I've seen is to use the ad cards that come with a back, the Jokers themselves, or even cards from old decks. Then, with a piece of toilet paper or a tissue moistened with a bit of alcohol, you can patiently rub off the face of the card.

Hey @Magnus,
Whether it's a blank back, blank face, or a double blank deck..,
all those decks are bought at magic shops (and they typically run between $8 and $12 a deck).

How do I skin a card?
