Loops and Hand Contrast

Hey everyone!

Today I was practicing with my loops, and after looking in the mirror, I noticed that they stand out quite a bit against my hand. I don't know if it's just me being paranoid or if it's real, but I have a feeling they're visible. Any tips would be greatly appreciated.
