Joaquín Matas Trick
This guy is incredible... for me, one of the best magicians I've ever seen... Any ideas what he might have done in this trick?

it's a pretty clean version of Oil and Water. There are many variations of this effect—some use more or fewer cards, and others require more or less technique.
Oh, yeah. I figured it was an Oil and Water, but I've never seen one so perfect.
Hey everyone, I wanted to bring something up, with complete respect and out of a genuine love for the art. I've got an Instagram reel that uses a similar principle to what's discussed in this post (enlace al reel).
I was wondering if it would be appropriate to discuss the technical principle behind it, without violating the club's policy. I completely get and appreciate the need for discretion, but I also believe that sharing certain underlying principles —always ethically and in a secure setting— can greatly benefit everyone.
Personally, I've always thought of this club as more of a learning community, where we magicians can learn from each other, even if it involved a small fee or a dedicated space for those who want to delve deeper.
This is just my two cents, and I'm sharing it in the spirit of contributing.
