Whether it's a blank back, blank face, or a double blank deck..,

all those decks are bought at magic shops (and they typically run between $8 and $12 a deck).

Another method I've seen is to use the ad cards that come with a back, the Jokers themselves, or even cards from old decks. Then, with a piece of toilet paper or a tissue moistened with a bit of alcohol, you can patiently rub off the face of the card.
