Good morning! First off, thanks for the info. The set I bought came with six cards: five representing the ESP symbols, and one double-facer (a circle on one side, a cross on the other). But they aren't marked. I assume they're set up this way for a specific routine, but I can't find the instructions anywhere. I don't know if you're familiar with any routines that use this combination.
The cards Italo uses in this trick are Dee Christopher's ECLIPSE deck. They're a marked deck, and if you don't know the system, you won't see a thing. The cool part is you can read the marks from really far away; I can spot them from across a room, like 13 feet away....
They come with 5 sets of the 5 symbols (square, circle, plus sign, waves, star), a double-backer, some double-faced cards with different symbols on each side, and one card with all the symbols. That's 29 cards in total. They're sold with videos demonstrating several tricks.
The trick Italo performs, he calls Espionage, but it's not publicly available, and I'm not sure if it's his creation or someone else's.
But you can probably guess the gist: it involves correcting things after the fact.... Sorry I can't say more.

a two-spectator coincidence (a classic card magic effect) using two decks of ESP cards
the trick Italo Castillo does in this video (it's pretty much the whole thing): https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=6j18MigwNIA&list=PL91J_CquC9xXyrbhZVOl0bokl4ItQ8RuA. It uses marked ESP cards, and once you peek at the spectator's chosen card from the back, you then lay down the matching card.
